Pro EM san as a low-herb version: Pro EM san pur offers the full range of bacteria and dosage of our original formula with a reduced amount of plant-based ingredients—for everyone who prefers it in its pure form.

The recommended daily dose is 1 x 30 ml or 3 x 10 ml, taken undiluted, in still water, or mixed with juice, at least half an hour before a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Pro EM san pur is a highly concentrated, naturally fermented premium probiotic from TISSO containing 31 bacterial strains and 30 billion bacteria per daily dose, along with three herbal and plant extracts. It thus offers the same high bacterial diversity and dosage as the original Pro EM san formula—but with a reduced content of botanical ingredients. It is ideal for anyone who prefers a milder, “pure” version.

Each serving of EM san pur contains 31 carefully selected bacterial strains (30 billion live bacteria per daily dose) as well as fermented extracts from black cumin seeds, Ling Zhi (Reishi mushroom), and grape seeds (OPC). The product is naturally fermented, histamine-free, and free of artificial additives.

Pro EM san pur supports the development and maintenance of a diverse and stable gut microbiota, as well as digestion, gut health, and the immune system. It also has a positive effect on the skin, brain, liver, and lungs, among other things.

The recommended daily dose is 1 x 30 ml or 3 x 10 ml, taken straight, mixed with still water, or mixed with juice, at least half an hour before a meal—swirl the product before opening; do not shake.

Pro EM san pur is generally very well tolerated.
Since it contains live lactic acid bacteria, in rare cases a temporary reaction in the intestines may occur when you first start taking it, such as increased gas or mild bloating. These symptoms are usually harmless and a sign that the gut flora is adjusting.
