We recommend the following dosage:

• Pro Basic Detox
  1 level measuring spoon (approx. 3 g) 2–3 times daily, stirred into still water, with or between meals. Pro Basic Detox should be taken at least 2 hours after other dietary supplements or medications, as the zeolite it contains can bind to other substances in the intestines.
• Pro Leber Plus
  Take 2 x 3 capsules daily with plenty of liquid, either with or between meals.
• Pro Vitamin C Ultra
  Take 2 x 2 capsules daily with plenty of water with a meal, ideally in the morning and in the evening.
• Pro Chlorella
  Take 20 tablets throughout the day, with plenty of liquid, either with or between meals.
  You should start slowly, as chlorella can initially cause digestive reactions, especially in sensitive individuals.
  Start with 5 tablets per day and then increase the dose by 5 tablets every three days until the full daily dose is reached.

Detoxification is an ongoing process that takes time. To provide noticeable support for your metabolism, we recommend taking it for At least 12 weeks.
