Cycle Balance Package

The Cycle Balance Package is a combination of Pro PMS Balance, Pro Biom Anti-Stress and Pro PEA 800. It combines proven plant extracts, PEA, vitamins, minerals, and bacterial cultures. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormone activity. With the value pack, you save money compared to buying the items separately.

The Cycle Balance Package Contains monk's pepper, ginger, and saffron; three selected bacterial strains—including CEREBIOME® and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG—as well as palmitoylethanolamide (PEA). This combination is supplemented with vitamin B6, biotin, magnesium, zinc, and copper.

The Cycle Balance Package combines micronutrients with other carefully selected ingredients. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity. Biotin, magnesium, and vitamin B6 support the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental health. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Zinc supports normal fertility and reproduction, as well as protecting cells from oxidative stress.

We recommend the following dosage:

  Take 3 capsules daily with plenty of liquid in the morning with a meal or spread out over several meals
• Pro Biom Anti-Stress
  Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid during or after a meal
• Pro PEA 600
  3 capsules daily with plenty of liquid, taken with a meal

The Cycle Balance Package was developed to support hormonal balance during the natural menstrual cycle and is not intended for use during pregnancy. Since there is no longer a typical menstrual cycle during this phase, PMS or menstrual cramps should generally no longer occur. Some ingredients—particularly monk’s pepper and high-dose ginger—are expressly not recommended for pregnant women. There are currently no human studies available on the use of PEA during pregnancy.

We therefore recommend taking the Cycle Balance Package only after consulting a doctor or therapist.

Yes, if you don’t want to swallow the capsules, you can open them and stir the powder into still water, unsweetened herbal tea, or even into foods like granola, yogurt, or applesauce. (Please do not add it to hot beverages or foods, as heat can destroy sensitive active ingredients.) To prevent oxidation or interactions between the ingredients caused by prolonged exposure to air, you should take the capsule contents immediately after opening.
Please note: Pro PMS Balance contains, among other ingredients, ginger and monk’s pepper extracts. Both have a strong, distinctive flavor—ginger, in particular, can taste spicy.

PMS (premenstrual syndrome) refers to physical and emotional symptoms that occur during the second half of the menstrual cycle—usually a few days before the start of a period. Typical PMS symptoms include mood swings, irritability, fatigue, breast tenderness, food cravings, water retention, and sleep problems. The severity can vary from month to month. PMS is not a disease, but rather a normal part of the menstrual cycle that affects many women—to varying degrees.

PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) is a less common but significantly more severe form of cycle-related symptoms. It is characterized by severe mood swings, anxiety, or sensory overload and can significantly interfere with daily life. PMDD is considered a distinct menstrual disorder requiring treatment and should be diagnosed by a doctor.

The menstrual cycle is divided into four phases: menstruation, the follicular phase, ovulation, and the luteal phase. During the luteal phase—that is, the days following ovulation until the next period—hormonal changes occur that are responsible for many PMS symptoms. A woman’s cycle lasts an average of 28 days, but can vary from person to person. Hormonal fluctuations during the cycle affect not only fertility but also emotional balance, performance, and pain sensitivity.

Dysmenorrhea refers to painful menstrual periods—that is, menstrual cramps. It is caused by increased contractions of the uterine muscles, which are often accompanied by cramps, back pain, or nausea. A distinction is made between primary dysmenorrhea (without any identifiable organic cause) and secondary dysmenorrhea (associated with underlying conditions such as endometriosis). The primary form is particularly common among young women.
