How should the TISSO Cardiovascular Package be taken?

We recommend the following dosage:

Pro Blutdruck Relax
Take 2 x 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid with a meal, ideally in the morning and evening.
Pro Q10 Spectrum
Take 2 capsules once daily with plenty of water with a meal.
Pro Omega Ultra
Take 10 ml (about 1 tablespoon) once daily at the start of a meal. The oil can be consumed on its own or stirred into food. Do not mix it into hot foods, as heat destroys the unsaturated fatty acids.

How long should I take the TISSO Cardiovascular Package?

The cardiovascular package is designed to provide long-term support and can be taken on an ongoing basis. The first noticeable effects often appear after just 4 to 6 weeks. For lasting results, we recommend taking it for At least 8 to 12 weeks. If you're unsure or are taking medication, please talk to your doctor or therapist.

Is the TISSO Cardiovascular Package also suitable during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?

The Cardiovascular Package was not specifically developed for pregnancy or breastfeeding. There is evidence that certain bioactive compounds found in lemon verbena and African mallow may induce labor or affect hormonal balance. Even though there are no studies to support this, the package should only be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a healthcare professional.

Can I open the capsules?

Yes, at Pro Blutdruck Relax and Pro Q10 Spectrum You can open the capsules if you don't want to swallow them. You can mix the contents into still water, unsweetened herbal tea, or foods such as granola, yogurt, or applesauce. Please avoid hot beverages or foods, as heat can destroy sensitive ingredients. You should consume the capsule contents immediately after opening to prevent oxidation and interactions.

Pro Blutdruck Relax contains black garlic – This may be slightly noticeable when taken, but does not cause any body odor or bad breath.

Pro Omega Ultra Contains liquid cod liver oil with natural lemon flavoring for a pleasantly fresh taste. You can consume the oil straight or stir it into cold dishes—but please remember: do not heat it.
